Supported HP Printers & MFPs

FIRMWARE NOTES – IMPORTANT

HP Futuresmart printer models released from January 2021 are of the “Futuresmart Modern” generation and require Celiveo 8 version 22F or newer and shall run the HP FutureSmart firmware 5.7 or newer. The list of the HP Futuresmart Modern devices is available below.

With the FutureSmart 5.5 firmware (and later versions), TLS 1.3 is enabled by default and as such the Celiveo Printer Agent will not function properly since not all SQL Server supported editions support TLS 1.3. The TLS version must be set to 1.2. To learn more about this requirement and what can be done for now, please read this article.

Do not use HP Futuresmart firmware 4.9.0.1 as some problems have been encountered.
If you are using HP Futuresmart firmware 4.10 or later, you need to enable port 9100 during the synchronization and disable it once the synchronization is complete. To learn more about how to enable/disable port 9100, please see the Celiveo Manual.
